About the Founder
Abid has spent five years in personal training and sports nutrition, working with clients ranging from beginners who have never set foot in a gym to competitive athletes looking to optimize performance. His coaching philosophy is built on three principles: sustainable habits over quick fixes, evidence over trends, and simplicity over complexity.
He created Elite Fitness Hacks after realizing that most fitness websites are either trying to sell you something or copying each other’s advice without understanding it. The goal here is different: give you the information you actually need, backed by credible sources, and leave out the rest.
