On this page
Every article, photo, and graphic on Elite Fitness Hacks is either made by our own team, properly licensed, or used with permission. Our Editorial Policy explains how we source and fact-check what we publish. If something here uses your copyrighted work without permission, tell us. We’ll act on it fast.
How to file a takedown notice
Email info@elitefitnesshacks.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request,” and include all of the following. You can also reach us through our Contact page if you’d rather start there.
- What the copyrighted work is, and where we can see the original.
- The exact page URL on elitefitnesshacks.com where you found it.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you believe, in good faith, the use isn’t authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you’re the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
- Your signature, physical or electronic.
A notice missing any of these six items will take longer to process, or may not be actionable at all. Give us everything up front.
What happens after you send it
We review valid notices within five to seven business days. If the claim checks out, we remove or block access to the material right away.
If you think we made a mistake
You can send a counter-notice. Include your contact information. Identify exactly what was taken down. State, under penalty of perjury, that you believe it was removed by mistake. Send it to the same email above. We’ll review it.
